Broadband Census Taker (Comcast) says:
We would greatly appreciate increased upload speed. The upload speed currently is given better than promised but it is still much too slow when moving large files. For bursts of up to 60 seconds actual Upload Speed is much higher than the quoted maximim of 768 KBPS. Often we upload at 2000 MBPS for small to medium sized files. Larger file uploads are eventually throttled down to the quoted maximim of 768MBPS after about 60 seconds. 768MPBS is unpleasantly slow.... especially when we're used to downloading at 16MBPS
