Broadband Census Taker (HUGHES COMMUNICATIONS, INC.) says:
7 Broadband providers in this area? That's ridiculous. We have Embarq DSL - which is over-provisioned and unavailable and Hughesnet satellite service.

Broadband Census Taker (Embarq) says:
went to Embarq DSL from old dial up service AOL, service somewhat improved from dial-up but NOT what I expected or was promised. 25 times faster than AOL dial-up. Yeh right, still waiting. DSL service using old telephone lines in my area. DSL no good here without fiber lines. Current speed:download 468K/sec, 354k/sec upload.
