Lauren Coletta (Comcast) says:
I had verizon dsl but it never worked properly and their customer service was just plain aweful. Comcast is better but sometimes my service is mysteriously slow and then it recovers.Even when its at its fastest I have to wait for some things to load longer than I would like.

Scott (Comcast) says:
The service is good about 20% of the time, mediocre about 50% of the time, and unavailable 30% of the time. The last technician that visited my house didn't even have a level meter.

Broadband Census Taker (Comcast) says:
I like my private sector broadband provider. I don't want a nationalized broadband provider like the socialist interest groups, such as Free Press, are pushing.
