jmvp - River Place South (Verizon Communications) says:

In my experience the wiring in this building (there are 4 in the complex that are the same age or older) is incapable of carrying any faster signal. I downgraded my DSL speed and experienced no change in my service quality. I have experienced probably only 1 outage. It has been very reliable.

Broadband Census Taker (Comcast) says:

Horrible service, speeds consistently below advertised levels. Latency is often extremely bad and packet loss is high. Repeated and extended outages. Faulty equipment (had several modems replaced). A technician actually accidentally disconnected my service while installing a neighbors line and I was without service for 2 weeks. Comcast is the only provider in the area, so people have to put up with it. Disgraceful.

Pete (Comcast) says:

Horrible service. We have had techs come to service our connection 12 times since July, and we still get sporadic connectivity and below advertised speeds. Comcast is cheating customers.
