Thomas Bleha (Verizon Communications) says:

Verizon DSL & FIOS and Comcast Internet service are available in this zip code. I was unaware that Cox Communications service is, according to your census, as well. All the best with your new venture.

Not Cox (Verizon Communications) says:

The Cableco in 22207 is Comcast, not Cox. Also available are wireless 3G, and DSL clecs. The county had an agreement with EarthWink to provide community wifi - guess that wont be happening.
