Comcast is pretty good when it works, but I can count on either the high-speed Internet or the Digital Phone going down about once every 3-4 months. I'm not a "power user," aside from online gaming (Second Life, mostly), so I haven't run into any of the BitTorrent blocking issues making press recently.
